How to order

1. Complete and submit the following form.

2. Sherri will review your order and reply with paperwork. Your total amount due will be listed on the document.

3. Please sign the document and fax to 215-243-8592.

4. Once received, Sherri will begin work on your order. You will receive an electronic proof very shortly.

5. Production may take up to two weeks. If you need to place a rush order please add 25% of the cost to your total. Orders are shipped Priority 2-3 Day Mail. A shipping and handling charge will be added to your order.
